Pace yourself

Frontenac Cross Country headed to the Pittsburg golf course Thursday at 2:30. The JV girls ran first at 4 p.m. Our JV runners are Kelsy Marlier, Kelci Hunt, and Jessica Fletcher. Next up were the JV boys. Our JV runners are Mike Holland, Kevin McColumn, Eli Plouvier, Matt Bonner, Brett Rodhell, and Ryan Zafuta. Following the boys were the varisty girls. The only runner for varsity was Jessica Ziesness. According to Coach Mindy Kuplen, it was the first meet at which there were no FHS students who medaled, but she is hopeful they'll rebound for the next meet. Here are the results:
